Biography: Co-creator of the flexible Associate of Applied Science in Organizational Management Degree program. Anyone graduating with this degree will have been taught how to make logical decisions and will have been exposed to all skills the federal government considers essential to career success. Graduates with a Degree in Organizational Management can transfer to Northern Arizona University as a senior and cost-effectively complete a baccalaureate and master's degree without leaving their family, jobs or Southwest Valley homes.
