The Business Startup
Capitalization System is Broken
"While half of all jobs and output comes from small businesses essentially
all of our savings go into Fortune 500 companies"
(Sherwood Neiss).

Current System as created in the 1930s states that
entrepreneurs...
  1. Can not advertise to fundraise.
  2. Can only accept investment from accredited
    investors (2% of all Americans).
  3. Can only have a fixed number of shareholders.
  4. SEC registration is requireed.

With the Jobs Act
entrepreneurs ...
  1. Can advertise to anyone (Meant to be used
with persons in your social network)
  2. Anyone can invest.
  3. No cap on the number of shareholders.
  4. SEC registration is NOT required.

"This is about Social media 3.0. The whole point about crowd fund investing isinvesting in people that you know, love and trust. This is about investing from the heart." (Sherwood Neiss)
