Self Assessment of Team Process
We are becoming a nation of teams because
all of us together are better than anyone of us alone.

The world has changed. Managers and workers are now expected to be "Team Players."
You have just completed a "Team Assignment." Was this experience productive and how
could it be improved upon?

Answer the following questions:

Was anyone absent or late? How does your team feel about this? How can this be turned
into a productive experience?
( I deduct 10pts for each missed team meeting unless team members
unanimously state in writing that the person's absence did not create a problem.)

Was everyone able to give their best? How does your team feel about this? How can this
be turned into a productive experience?

Did everyone assume leadership when most qualified person to do the job? How does
your team feel about this?
How can this be turned into a productive experience?
.

If someone is not contributing use your leadership skills to bring them
onto the team as a contributing member. The team may fire a team member as a last
resort
and that person may join another team or complete the course on his or her own.
