  2. Set tables. ----- Preset condiments/smallwares.
  3. Greet & Seat. ----- As available (smoking-non).
  4. Take beverage order. ----- As seated.
  5. Serve beverage. ----- Immediately.
  6. Take order. ----- When return with beverage.
  7. Deliver order. ----- Complete and in order.
  8. Serve order. ----- As soon as notified.
  9. Check back - refill beverage. ----- Within 2 minutes.
  10. Prepare and present check. ----- Before ready to leave.
