America has changed. A few years ago almost all
bosses were military veterans. Teams were appointed
by bosses, given orders and told to report back
before deadlines. Today many bosses are baby
boomers who were drafted and disliked their
military experience or did not serve and half of all
employees are female and the idea of how a team
works has changed.

Upon completion of this Module you will be able to
describe how modern teams function and several
new ways teams can be organized and how
processes can be designed for productivity.
