This project was
all about becoming a productive self-directed
team.
Portfolio completion is
worth 50 points
and every
team member
receives that score when a portfolio is
completed.
Participation is worth
120 points.
I have
been taking attendance
and have deducted 10 points from each team member's
participation
score each time he or she missed a team meeting. I
will change a
participation score if asked to do so after you
have held a team
meeting and a consensus decision has been reached
as to how many
points each team member should be
assigned.
Finally
Decide if you want
to continue as a full team or break into new
teams as you complete the final Capstone
project.
