Organizational climate is the process of quantifying
the "culture" of an organization. It is perceived
directly or indirectly by the employees and is
assumed to be a major force in influencing employee
behavior. Climate and culture are influence by both
external and external forces.

Upon completion of this Module you will be able to
describe the many factors that influence organizational
climate and what you can do to motivate teams towards
productivity.
