Change Management Process

Analysis: Identify the forces that make change necessary.

Development: Involve key personnel in development of a
vision, mission, strategies and goals that will capitalize upon the
new environment.

Design: Identify and design processes that will make it possible
to attain new goals.

Preparation: Obtain needed materials, equipment and
supplies and provide personnel with the training needed to do
perform.

Field-Test: Carefully launch the change. If consequences
of failure are severe parallel operation of old and new processes
is desirable until all problems are identified and solved.
