Executive Summary

Excelsior, LLC. We are a personal consulting firm, based in the west valley.We will
provide life-coaching services to anyone in need of a life style change or help in self-motivation.
We are distinguishable because we provide a personal touch and aura of empowerment.
This business will be owned and operated by Excelsior, LLC an Arizona registered company.
Day to day operations will be managed by a General Manager who serves at the pleasure of
the Board of Directors.

Mission: To provide a change of life, a change of actions, and ultimately a change in the results
of their actions. We will deliver this change, through our confident and amiable staff, to people
who have lost their way, passion, or self-worth.

Objectives: Open within 30 days of registration.

  • Daily attendance required to break-even: 11
  • $27,600 break-even income per month.
  • $44,353 annual income. (After paying all expenses)

Target Market: We plan to target young - middle aged persons from all walks of life. We
will especially tailor our outreach to veterans and college students.
