do not have these programs. It is safest to
"Save" files in Office 2003.

Quizzes: Low-stakes quizzes provide you with a
quick way to check how well you understand. Each
quiz can be taken up to four times and answers are
provided. Everyone earns all possible points on
each quiz.

G-Mail: You have an official G-Mail account. It
is important to check it at least twice a day since
that is from where you will receive official college
communication. Your instructor will respond
within 24 hours except on weekends.

Team work is emphasized and you will be
assigned to teams.

Textbook: Do NOT purchase a textbook; your
instructor has written a
"Desk Reference" that
teaches each course competency. It is provided in
return for the course fee you paid when you paid
for this course.
If you purchased a textbook return
it to the bookstore for a refund.

Products: In this course your team will produce…

  • Solutions to 36 case studies.
  • A personal presentation of an important case.
